What about the T-Shirt Quality?
No, they are not those white “underwear quality” t-shirts :-).
Don’t worry about that.
We use 180 grams high quality t-shirts and they are great for wearing; moreover, our printing quality is very high too. We use the screen printing technology to give you the best results and quality which will never get affected even after washing your t-shirt so much.
Why i can't find my size?
If you couldn't find your size, then it means we are out of stock.
You can always send us an email to info@xynation.com and we will prepare a t-shirt with any size you want.
Is there a t-shirt size chart?
Can I retune the t-shirt after I try it on?
No.
Can I retune the t-shirt if I didn’t try it on?
XYNation is dedicated to make sure that you get what you want, and we will do as much as we can to make sure you are pleased (within reason, don't get any ideas :-P).
Can you tell me about the shipping in general?
Shipping could take up to 4 days.
Shipping is free for any orders above 100 AED, for any orders below that you will be required to pay 20 AED.
We use Aramex as our brand carrier.
Where do you ship to?
So far we ship only to the seven emirates, but if you are planning to order a big quantity then we will be happy to ship whereever you want.
Where the heck is my order?
Please feel free to email us at info@xynation.com if you made an order and it didn’t show up at your door for more than 4 days after you placed your order.
How can I pay?
XYNation uses 2Checkout.com. Inc, as its' out-sourced vendor solution.
2Checkout.com. Inc. is an authorized retailer of XYNation.
2Checkout.com. Inc, accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo.
My father doesn’t want to give me his credit card, how to buy?
Well, In this case we accept Western Union, its simple; just choose your favorite t-shirt and go through all the normal order steps; when you reach the step where you choose your preferred payment method pick "Western Union Order Form" . Then all you need to do is to drop us an email at orders@xynation.com with the Western Union Transaction Number or write the number down in the comments box, your order will then be processed as soon as we receive your payment.
What is the Design Lab and why is it under constructions?
The Design Lab is the place where you can design your own t-shirts, earn money and create friends. The Lab is still under constructions and will be opened very soon.
We will update you when that happens don’t worry ;-)
Can I be a retailer?
Yes sure, please feel free to write us an email about your self and your proposal. info@xynation.com.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We respect your right to privacy. XYNation.com collects only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. XYNation.com does not store your credit card information.
